Frequently asked questions

eClinicalWorks is MedLink Georgia’s new electronic health record system. It will help us better manage your care with improved technology, security, and communication.

Healow is the new patient portal linked to eClinicalWorks. It will give you 24/7 access to your health information, including appointments, test results, messaging with your care team, and more — all from your smartphone or computer.

You will receive an invitation link to set up your Healow account. Please make sure we have your correct email address and mobile phone number on file. Instructions will be provided once the system is live.

No. Once we complete the transition, the old portal will no longer be active. All future communications, results, and information will be available only through Healow.

Yes! Your medical history will be transferred securely into eClinicalWorks. However, we may ask you to confirm some information at your next visit to make sure everything is up to date.

Your scheduled appointments will remain the same. However, appointment times may be a little longer during the transition as our staff becomes familiar with the new system.

Yes, temporarily. As we adjust to the new system, check-in and appointment times may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you have questions about your portal access or the transition, please contact your MedLink office directly, or ask a team member at your next appointment.

Yes, the information is completely secure. It is protected with a username and password / PIN number of your choice and through SSL encryption.
  1. Talk to our front office desk staff & provide them with your email address.
  2. We will send you an email inviting you to register your account and set up your password.
  3. Login to your account and begin setting up your account. You will be able to indicate your notification preferences and decide if you want to be contacted by email, text message or phone call.
