Nora Blankenship, LCSW

Nora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Colbert office. She attended school at the University of Georgia. She began working for MedLink in 2023 and sees patients ages 10 and up for counseling and behavioral health therapy. She specializes in treating Substance Use Disorders and is a Certified Master Addiction Counselor (CMAC). She also has extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Kelly Montgomery, MD
Service: Pediatrics
Dr. Montgomery is a Pediatrician at our Colbert office. She attended the University of Notre Dame and Ponce School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of South Florida. She has been employed with MedLink since 2018 and sees patients from birth to 18 years of age. Dr. Montgomery speaks Spanish fluently, both at work and at home. She is passionate about preventative care; this includes making sure every child has their regular well child checks and vaccinations. She is an LGBQT and BLM ally. She is an advocate for good mental health and supports positivity at all visits!
Jorie Muraida, DO
Service: Pediatrics
Dr. Muraida is a board-certified pediatrician at our Colbert office. She attended medical school at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Blank Children’s Hospital. Dr. Muraida began her employment at MedLink in 2020 and sees patients birth-18 years of age for all their pediatric primary healthcare needs.

Alexandria Odum is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Colbert and Winder offices. She graduated from Georgetown University and began her career at MedLink in 2024. She provides primary healthcare services to patients 12 and up.
Susanne Price, DNP, FNP-C

Susanne is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Colbert office. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the Medical College of Georgia. Reno is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Athens and Colbert officeS. He attended school at the University of Georgia School of Social Work. He has been employed with MedLink since 2021 and sees teen and adult patients. He specializes in techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Savannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Colbert office and she is our Behavioral Health Clinical Lead. She attended the University of Georgia for her graduate degree. She has been employed with MedLink since 2021 and sees patients ages 4 and up for counseling and behavioral health therapy. She enjoys providing therapy for both children and adults and welcomes the LGBTQIA+ community.
Linda Tejada Mahomar, AGPCNP-C

Linda is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in our Colbert office. She received her master’s degree from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and sees patients ages 13 and older for their primary healthcare needs.
Akilah Tomingas, MD
Service: Pediatrics
Dr. Tomingas is a Pediatrician at our Colbert office. She attended Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed her residency at the University of New Mexico. She has been employed with MedLink since 2019 and sees patients from birth to age 17 for general pediatric care, including well care, sports physicals, and sick visits as well as mental health care such as ADHD management, mild anxiety and depression management.
Meredith Udell, MD

Dr. Udell is a Pediatrician at our Colbert office. She attended Medical College of Georgia and completed her residency at Carolinas Medical Center. She began working for MedLink in 2012 and sees patients from birth to 17 years. Her services include specializing in the care of pediatric and adolescent patients; well care including growth, development, asthma care, and vaccinations.
Cameron Wagenbrenner, MD

Dr. Wagenbrenner is an Internal Medicine physician at our Colbert office. He attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree and attended Mercer University School of Medicine for medical school. He completed his residency through the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the HCA Memorial Health University Medical Center Residency Program in Savannah, GA. He has been employed with MedLink since 2022 and sees patients 18 and up for their primary healthcare needs.
Jennifer Wright, MS, RD, LD, CDCES
Service: Diabetes, Nutrition
Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia Didactic Program in Dietetics and then completed her Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida including an ACEND accredited supervised Dietetic Internship program. She began working for MedLink in 2020 and specializes in helping patients of all ages with diabetes and weight management but can assist with any problems related to food or nutrition.
