Nkechi Okonta, DNP, FNP-C
Service: Family Medicine
Nkechi Okonta is a family nurse practitioner at our school-based health center, MedLink Hawks Health Center, located at Chicopee Woods Elementary School. Nkechi earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Augusta University.
Ester Sade, LAPC
Service: Behavioral Health
Ester Sade is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor at our MedLink Hawks Health School-Based Health Center. She graduated from North Carolina State University and began working for MedLink in 2025. Ester sees patients ages 6 and up. She focuses on supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and behavioral challenges. Ester takes a person-centered approach to care and incorporates evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and providing holistic, compassionate care to all.
