Trenice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Lawrenceville office. She attended school at Virginia Commonwealth University for her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish and her master’s degree in social work and has been employed with Medlink since 2023. Trenice has an eclectic approach to counseling utilizing CBT, Motivation Interviewing, Psychodynamic, EMDR, TF-CBT, TF-IPT, Sandtray Therapy, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, and solution-focused techniques in her therapy sessions. Trenice has experience working with adults and child survivors of complex trauma, such as domestic and sexual violence and a variety of mental health concerns. Trenice has worked in the mental health field for 10+ years in a variety of settings, such as schools, hospital, jail, outpatient therapy, residential, and community mental health. Trenice is LGBTQIA+ affirming in her practice with all patients and sees patients ages 8 and up.
Tiffany is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Lawrenceville office. She graduated from Georgia College and Walden University and began her career at MedLink in 2019. Tiffany sees patients ages 2-99 for their primary healthcare needs. She cares passionately about her patients and looks forward to working with them to achieve their goals.
Ann Whitaker is a licensed and registered Dietitian, holding the additional certification of a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She earned her degree from Georgia State University and has been a valued member of the MedLink team since 2023. Ann provides comprehensive care to patients across all age groups, with a particular focus on diabetes and prediabetes, including gestational diabetes. Her expertise extends to various health areas, including but not limited to overweight management, preparation and follow-up for bariatric surgery, heart health, hypertension, poor weight gain, chronic kidney disease, gastrointestinal issues, prevention, oncology, and more.
Dr. Zaidi is a family medicine physician at our office in Lawrenceville. He attended medical school at St Mary’s School of Medicine (Cook Islands) and completed his residency at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He has been employed by MedLink since 2011 and sees patients 6 months and older for their primary healthcare needs. Dr. Zaidi is fluent in 5 languages: English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi. He also provides Medication-Assisted Treatment for patients who need help with addiction recovery.
MedLink Georgia, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (C) (3) corporation, established as the Oconee- Oglethorpe Primary Health Care Center in 1979 under the Rural Health Initiative Program. The corporation is governed by a Board of Directors with representation from each county where the centers are located.
MedLink Georgia serves patients from 26 Northeast Georgia counties and contiguous North and South Carolina communities.
