Cayce Collins, LAMFT

Service: Behavioral Health

Cayce is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at our Rabun Behavioral Health office. She attended school at Mercer University and has been employed with MedLink since 2023. Cayce sees patients of all ages, providing individual, couples, and family therapy services. She uses a solution-focused, strength-based, and family systems approach to improve patient’s mental health and overall well-being.

Keo Wood, LCSW

Service: Behavioral Health

Keo Wood is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at our Banks and Jefferson offices. She graduated from the University of Georgia and began working for MedLink in 2024. Keo sees patients aged 8 to 55 and has experience in play therapy, solution-focused brief intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and crisis intervention. She has worked with children and adolescents facing behavioral and mood issues, as well as with adults dealing with anxiety and depression. Keo is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life stresses and transitions. 

Jordan Hoffman, LCSW

Tamara Herman, MS, RD, LD, CDCES

Service: Diabetes, Nutrition

Tamara S. Herman is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, as well as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Dietetics from the University of Georgia and went on to complete her Dietetic Internship and her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York Institute of Technology. Tamara has been working in the field of Nutrition for 25 years, and in Diabetes Education for 20 years as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She has been employed at MedLink since 2022 and sees patients of all ages. She is able to assist with Diabetes, Weight Loss, Disorders of the GI tract, including enteral and parenteral nutrition requirements, Failure to Thrive in adults and pediatrics, Diagnosing Malnutrition, Nutrition for Renal and Hepatic disorders, cardio vascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, Stroke, Nutrition during pregnancy, food allergies, including Celiac Disease, and tips on healthy cooking. She is also able to teach patients about, but not limited to, diet, exercise, glucose monitoring, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring therapy, pathophysiology of Diabetes, and insulin start, via injection or via insulin pump, and education on other oral medications and non-insulin injectables.

Nancy McCoy, RN, MSN, FNP-BC

Service: Primary Care

Nancy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Banks office. She attended school at Marshall University in Huntington, WV. She has been employed with MedLink since 2005 and sees patients ages 5 and up for all their primary healthcare needs.

Elizabeth Reece, MD

Service: Pediatrics

Dr. Reece is a Pediatrician at our Banks and Danielsville offices. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati and earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland. Dr. Reece further honed her expertise during her residency at Texas Children’s Hospital-Baylor College of Medicine. She has been employed with MedLink since 2024 and sees patients from birth to 18, or until they graduate high school, whichever is greater. Dr. Reece values collaborative partnerships with parents and caregivers, aiming to guide, answer questions, and care for children’s health throughout their developmental stages. She is committed to being a trustworthy resource, fostering optimum health for her patients through teamwork and shared responsibility.  

Daniel Reid, NP-C

Service: Primary Care

Daniel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Banks office. He attended South University and completed his residency at Emory University through the NoGaPP residency program. He has been employed with MedLink since 2021 and sees patients ages 5 and up for all their primary healthcare needs.

Jennifer Rubner, CPNP

Service: Pediatrics

Jennifer is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at our Banks and Danielsville offices. She graduated from Georgia Regents University and began her career at MedLink in 2024. She sees patients from infancy to 18 years old. Her dedication to pediatric care is evident in her love for witnessing children’s growth and actively contributing to their well-being. Jennifer is committed to keeping her patients healthy and providing prompt and effective treatment when they are unwell. 

Jeffrey Trawick, DO

Service: Primary Care

Dr. Trawick is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician at our Banks office in Homer, GA. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Georgia and completed his residency at Danville Regional Medical Center. He began his employment with MedLink in 2021 and sees patients 5 years of age and older. Dr. Trawick cares for all major chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, COPD, asthma, and many others. He performs many in-office procedures including removal of ingrown nails, moles, cysts, and other skin lesions, including biopsies of skin lesions as well as providing incision and drainage of abscesses, joint injections, and suturing of lacerations.
