Cayce Collins, LAMFT
Service: Behavioral Health
Cayce is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at our Rabun Behavioral Health office. She attended school at Mercer University and has been employed with MedLink since 2023. Cayce sees patients of all ages, providing individual, couples, and family therapy services. She uses a solution-focused, strength-based, and family systems approach to improve patient’s mental health and overall well-being.
Tamara Herman, MS, RD, LD, CDCES
Service: Diabetes, Nutrition
Tamara S. Herman is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, as well as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Dietetics from the University of Georgia and went on to complete her Dietetic Internship and her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York Institute of Technology. Tamara has been working in the field of Nutrition for 25 years, and in Diabetes Education for 20 years as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She has been employed at MedLink since 2022 and sees patients of all ages. She is able to assist with Diabetes, Weight Loss, Disorders of the GI tract, including enteral and parenteral nutrition requirements, Failure to Thrive in adults and pediatrics, Diagnosing Malnutrition, Nutrition for Renal and Hepatic disorders, cardio vascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, Stroke, Nutrition during pregnancy, food allergies, including Celiac Disease, and tips on healthy cooking. She is also able to teach patients about, but not limited to, diet, exercise, glucose monitoring, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring therapy, pathophysiology of Diabetes, and insulin start, via injection or via insulin pump, and education on other oral medications and non-insulin injectables.
