Derek Klemm, DO, PharmD

Service: Primary Care

Dr. Klemm is a family medicine specialist at our Habersham office. He attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Manatee Memorial Hospital. Dr. Klemm also received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida. He has been employed by MedLink since 2018 and sees patients of all ages for their primary healthcare needs.

Elizabeth Pelaccio, LCSW

Service: Behavioral Health

Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Habersham office. She attended school at the University of Georgia and has been employed with MedLink since 2023. Elizabeth uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization, and other forms of experiential therapy that are personalized to the goals and style of the patient. She works collaboratively and nonjudgmentally with adolescents and adults to work on substance use, trauma, grief, depression, stress, and other various issues that are important to the patient. 

Jennifer Wiley

Anny Sosebee, FNP-C

Service: Primary Care

Anny is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Habersham office. She graduated from Kennesaw State University and began her career at MedLink in 2023. She sees newborns to geriatric patients for their primary healthcare needs. She does incisions and draining, sutures, joint injections, as well as tongue clipping in newborns under 7 days old.

Jennifer Wiley

Sandy Stinnett, FNP-BC

Service: Primary Care

Sandy Stinnett is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Habersham office. She graduated from South University and began working for MedLink in 2024. Sandy sees patients aged 3 and up and has pediatric experience, including working with special needs children. She provides acute care for all ages and manages chronic diseases, with a strong understanding of chronic kidney disease and dialysis. Sandy also has experience in addiction medicine and is interested in treating patients with addiction issues. She aims to gain further experience in various areas as she completes additional procedures and provides comprehensive primary healthcare services.

Jennifer Wiley, FNP-C

Service: Primary Care

Jennifer is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at our Habersham office. She attended the University of North Georgia began and did her residency through the NoGAPP program. She started working for MedLink in 2021. She sees patients 5 years and older for their primary healthcare needs. She also sees patients for IUD placement and removals, large joint injections, weight loss, skin biopsies, and toenail removal.
