COLBERT, GA – MedLink Georgia is pleased to announce the promotion of Trisha Jones, MDN, RN, CPHQ, to the role of Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). With over 20 years of nursing experience in various clinical specialties, Trisha brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective care to our diverse and underserved population.
Trisha joined MedLink Georgia seven years ago and has excelled in various leadership roles within the organization. Previously serving as the Director of Clinical Services, Quality, and Risk Management, she played a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations and performance of all MedLink clinics. Her leadership ensured high standards of patient care and operational excellence across the network.
Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Mercer University and a Master of Science (MS) in Nursing Administration from Western Governors University. She is also CPHQ certified, a credential that distinguishes her as an expert in healthcare quality. The CPHQ certification is the only fully accredited certification in the field, underscoring her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of healthcare quality. Trisha’s educational background has provided her with a solid foundation in nursing administration and healthcare management.
As Chief Nursing Officer, Trisha will lead nursing operations and drive strategic initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and enhance nursing excellence throughout MedLink’s healthcare facilities. Trisha’s expertise, combined with her dedication to quality care and patient safety, will further elevate MedLink’s commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the community.
