Ester Sade is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor at our MedLink Hawks Health School-Based Health Center. She graduated from North Carolina State University and began working for MedLink in 2025. Ester sees patients ages 6 through 50 and provides individual and family therapy. She specializes in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and behavioral challenges. Ester takes a person-centered approach to care and incorporates evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Outside of her work, she enjoys cooking, nature walks, and spending time with her dog, Loki. She is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and providing holistic, compassionate care to all.
