Title X

MedLink is a proud recipient of the Title X Grant which allows us to provide comprehensive family planning services to our patients. Family planning services are affordable, convenient, and always confidential. Eligible patients include both male and female patients of any age who are reproductive. Services are covered by insurance or for those who qualify, on a sliding fee scale. Comprehensive family planning services include:
