MedLink Georgia provides a broad set of services based on the needs of the communities in our service area. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, MedLink can bill most major insurance providers - HMO, PPO, and POS -as well as Medicaid, Medicare, PeachCare for Kids, Georgia’s State Health Benefit Plans, and even some insurance programs from surrounding states. BRING YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION TO EVERY APPOINTMENT so that we can keep your account up-to-date and file your claims correctly.
Co-payments are collected at check-in to help us serve you better. MedLink accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards. Payment is expected at the time of service. If you need financial assistance, please ask to speak with the Practice Manager before you leave the office.
MEDICAID is determined on a month-to-month basis. Patients must bring their current Medicaid information each time they come for an appointment. Amerigroup, WellCare, and Peach State are all part of Georgia’s Medicaid program. Co-payments, when required, are expected at the time of service.
MEDICARE patients are NOT CHARGED THEIR ANNUAL PART B DEDUCTIBLE for services provided at MedLink’s centers. Co-payments are due at time of service. Patients may apply for fee discounts if they qualify. The co-payment or discount, whichever is less, will be due at time of service.
